Terms and Conditions
- A deposit of 25% or a minimum of £200 per week (whichever is the higher) is required to secure your reservation
- Your deposit is non-refundable should you cancel the reservation
- In addition to the reservation deposit, a damage deposit of £100 is charged at the time of each reservation and will be returned in full within 14 days after departure, provided no loss or damage has been incurred and the property is left in a clean and tidy condition
- We reserve the right to withhold part or all of the deposit towards extra cleaning costs, where a property has not been left in good condition. Premises are checked by our agents and any damage to the equipment or the property is fully chargeable to the lessee. The liability is not limited to the deposit
- A reservation is confirmed only when a deposit is received by us (cleared funds in respect of cheques)
- The balance is due 8 weeks before the start date of your reservation
- Cheques should be made payable to: T & V Donnelly
- Failure to pay the balance 8 weeks before the start date will render the booking cancelled, forfeiting the reservation deposit (Security deposit will be refunded)
- If the reservation is made eight weeks or less before the start date, then the full rental price is payable
- Once your reservation is accepted by us, you are responsible for full payment when due
- In the event of us having to cancel a reservation, a full refund will be made
- The owners of the property do not accept any liability for any accident, damage, loss, injury, or expense, whether to persons or to property, which the lessee or any other persons may suffer or incur arising out of, or in any way connected with, the letting
- The lessee and/or other members of the party must not cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of the neighbouring properties. We can not be held responsible for nuisance caused by neighbours.
- Bed linen (sheets, pillows, pilowcases, duvets and covers) is provided, but you should bring your own towels and toiletries
- One small well-behaved dog is permitted at the property, but must not be left at the property unattended
- In the event of a cancellation being received in writing before the start date of the reservation, we will endeavour to re-let the property for the period concerned, and if such re-letting proves possible, we shall, at our sole discretion, refund the balance of money paid less the deposit as stated above. If the property is not re-let for any reason, the original lessee is liable for the whole of the rental amount
